At Moblica Ltd. (“Moblica”), we recognize that your privacy is important. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all of the services and products offered by Moblica (the "Services") and covers how personal and other information that Moblica collects and receives, including information related to use of the Services, is treated.

Information we collect and how we use it:
Except as explicitly set forth in this Policy, Moblica will not share, sell, auction off or give away your personally identifiable information to any third-party or other organization, without first obtaining your prior consent.
In order to provide our Services, we may collect the following types of information: - Information you provide - When you sign up for Services, we may ask you for contact information. In certain situations, we may also request credit card or other payment account information that we maintain in encrypted form on industry secure servers. - Links - Links to Third Party Services or other sites may be provided by Moblica as a convenience to our customers or as part of our Service. - Minors – If you are a minor under the age of 18, you must obtain parental consent prior to using our Service. Moblica will not knowingly contact or engage with minors under the age of 18 without said parental consent. Information security:
We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data.

Data integrity, accessing and updating personal information:
Moblica processes personal information only for the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with this Policy or any applicable service agreements. We review our data collection, storage and processing practices to ensure that we only collect, store and process the personal information needed to provide or improve our Services. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information we process is accurate, complete, and current, but we depend on our users to update or correct their personal information whenever necessary.
- Upon receipt of your written request and enough information to permit us to identify your personal information, we will disclose to you the personally identifiable information we hold about you. We will also correct, amend or delete any personally identifiable information that is inaccurate and notify any third party recipients of the necessary changes.
- We do not charge for complying with a correction request, however, for all other requests, we may charge a small fee to cover its costs. Requests to delete personal information are subject to any applicable legal and ethical reporting or document retention obligations imposed on Moblica.
- We ask individual users to identify themselves and the information requested to be accessed, corrected or removed before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical, or for which access is not otherwise required.

Request to Remove Content
Moblica does not necessarily provide or control the content provided by and viewed through Third Party Services. If your request to remove content is related to content that Moblica does not provide or control, Moblica will make reasonable efforts to notify the applicable content provider in order to have the content removed.
If you believe that certain content infringes upon copyrights that you own or represent, you may send our copyright agent a written notification. To be effective, your notification of claimed infringement must be a written communication provided to our designated Copyright Agent that includes substantially the following:
(1) A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
(2) Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works;
(3) Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material;
(4) Information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, including an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which you may be contacted;
(5) A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
(6) A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed;
After receiving your communication, we may ask you to provide us with further or supplemental information, prior to removing any content. We may also provide the person who posted the allegedly infringing content with your contact details, in order for that person to be able to contact you and challenge your claim.

When our Copyright Agent receives a notification pursuant to this Policy from a content owner who believes that their copyrights were infringed by your content, we will block, delete or remove the content and send you a notice. You may submit a counter notification to the Copyright Agent.
Without limiting the generality of the above, we may deny or cancel any individual use of our Service, or cancel your user account with us - for any reason, at any time and at our sole discretion. We may notify you that we canceled your account by sending a message to the e-mail address that you provided during the registration process. The cancellation shall come into effect on the date stated in the message. Such notification may come into effect immediately. Usually we will terminate an account if you are determined to be a repeat infringer. Repeat infringer means a user who has been notified of infringing activity more than once or has had content removed. However, we may decide, at our absolute discretion, that a sufficient reason exists for the immediate termination of your account.
Enforcement:
Moblica regularly reviews its compliance with this Policy. When we receive formal written complaints it is Moblica 's policy to contact the complaining user regarding his or her concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personally identifiable information that cannot be resolved between Moblica and an individual.
Changes to this Privacy Policy:
Moblica may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify you about significant changes in the way we treat personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your account or by placing a prominent notice on our site.
Governing Law:
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to the conflict of law provisions therein.
